Waiving India Flag Rules

Before this Indian people can host the flag on some selected occasion. The government's decision took place after a public interest petition filed by Mr. Navin Jindal,, in the Delhi High Court. The case moved up to the Supreme Court of India, which asked the government to set up a committee to review Jindal's public interest petition.

For the safeguard the flags dignity, honor and respect of India flag, the Union cabinet of India approved an amendment that the flag will hosted at government offices and on some occasion. But after the filing the petition the court find nothing wrong justification by Mr. Jindal, who used to hoist the flag atop his office Before this case  weaving flag in private offices is against he flag code.
