Literacy play an important role to develop any country or society. India literacy is not good comparison to other develop country of the world. This is big problem to India and this is challenge for Indian government. The total literacy of India is only 65.3 %.and this literacy is varies from different- different area. The male literacy rate is 75.96% and female literacy rate is 54.28%.. Karalla have a highest literate state of India, The Indian government have several plans in the field of literacy, specially for village. Because village literacy is too low comparison to the town and city literacy.
