Indian Food
Indian food is famous for all over the world. The lajij and swadist food is to like the tourist and foreignr. Indians treat guest as a God and Indian people welcome the guest with marvelous food. But India is large country and spread from south to north and east to west. The weather and climate is different al over the country. So you can find different verities of food in different areas.
North Indian is used mostly distinguished by the proportionally high use of dairy products; milk, paneer, ghee , and yoghurt are all common ingredients. Gravies are typically dairy-based. East Indian like. rasagolla, chumchum, sandesh, rasabali, chhena poda, chhena gaja, and kheeri curry leaves, sambar, rasam, Ida;i and Dosa are the famoush dish of south India.
There are some famous sweets in India like Agre ka Petha, Banaras ka Paan, Bangal ke Rsgulle, Gaya ki tilkut and several other sweets are famous in different areas.
