Government of India
The Government of India was established by Constitution of India. The government of India is the governing authority of a federal union of 28 states and 7 union territories. The federal (union) and individual state governments consist of executive, legislative and judicial branches. The Indian parliamentary has two parts known as Lok Sabha And Raj Sabha. The Lok Sabha has 545 members elected by Indian people and Raj Sabha has 250 members. The Lok Sabha Speaker is to be head of Lok Sabha and ice president of India is to be speaker of Raj Sabha.
India is a democratic country and there are three parts of Indian democracy who the Indian democracy. They all work independent and play their role with responsibility. The Indian president is the head of Indian .constancy and Indian rime minister is to be head of Indian government The Government of India working in two parts first is central government and second is state government The state government working under central government, but its own rule and regulation. Miss Pratibha Patil is the president of India and Dr. Manmohan Singh is the prime minister of India. Mr L.K. Advani is the leader of opposition and pranav Mukharjee is the defense minister of India.
Making Process if Indian Government
The Indian government elected by Indian people, they have right to choose your own leader and make government. There are some certain rules for making the Indian government, The election is to be held under the election commission of India, first the people choose the parliamentary member and then parliamentary member choose our leader for prime minister. There are 545 parliamentary member in Indian parliament and the half majority is must for any parties to make a government. The president calls for make the government for those parties, who have clear majority or the largest partying the case if no one have clear majority.
